Individual Students Re-enrollment form Term 1 2020

Dear Parents,

Student timetables need to change each year to accommodate childrens needs. Please let us know your intentions and availability in 2020. The sooner we know this information the easier it is to confirm your class times. If you intend on cancelling your enrolment, please contact the school immediately by phone on 9560 2102 or email on ismleichhardt@ismaustralia.com

It is important to consider a few points about the timetable and our requirements.

• High school students will require later times and will be changed next year.
• Younger students will require earlier times.
• Higher graded students grade 4 or 5 will require 45 mins
• Higher graded students grade 6 and above will require 60 minutes
• Prices for term 1 2020 are 30 mins $44, 45 mins $66, 60 mins $88v
